CIHC’s Project Lead, Dr. John Gilbert, spoke today at the Humber School of Health Sciences’ 2nd Annual Interactive IPE Session.  John has been honoured to be the Virtual Scholar in Residence at Humber for the past year.

BRAID Video Shows How Collaboration Improves Care

This is great!  BRAID (Bridging Relationships Across Interprofessional Domains), which is one of our IECPCP projects has just launched a new video about collaborative patient-centred care.  The video follows the story of a fictitious young woman who’s diagnosed with lung cancer and how her healthcare providers worked with her and each other to provide really excellent care!
